Founding father, Walter Davidson, started our first pharmacy in Blairgowrie in 1897 based on sound principles of knowledge, professionalism and care. We still use these key principles as our driving force to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and patient care. The company considers staff training and retention to be of utmost importance. Our pharmacists, dispensers and sales assistants are the public face of the business and we, as a company, encourage and reward staff development. It is by that way that we will continue to succeed and meet the expectations of our customers.
We are proud to have been awarded prestigious patronage to HM The Queen, and HRH the Prince of Wales. We consider it a mark of the quality of care we provide and the effort we make to meet the needs of our customers.
Driven by a view that no one should suffer unnecessarily, we maintain that your health and wellbeing is a three way partnership between pharmacists, patients and their doctors. Our business is built on the belief that every one of our patients is an individual… and will be treated as such.
We’ve invested in the best robotic dispensing technology in the UK to make more time for our pharmacists to spend with our patients talking through their healthcare concerns. Our highly professional pharmacists and staff make it their job to get to know our patients personally – and to treat them as individuals.
So, if a local, personal, friendly and professional partnership in healthcare – your healthcare – appeals, then we should be talking. Healthcare: we make it personal.
